Yes. Each mailbox has an independent subscription. Mix monthly and annual billing and different daily volumes within one account.
When do plan changes take effect?
Upgrades take effect after payment, with credit for unused paid time. Lower tiers and annual-to-monthly switches take effect at that mailbox’s next renewal, with nothing due now. Your confirmation shows the amount and date. Upgrading during a free trial charges the selected plan’s full price and ends the trial today.
What counts toward the daily limit?
Initial messages submitted by your mailbox count toward its daily allowance. Seed replies and other interactions are recorded separately.
Does pausing warming cancel my plan?
No. Pause controls activity. Cancel a mailbox’s renewal in Billing to stop its plan renewing; paid access continues through the current paid period.
Can I test payments before launch?
The current catalog uses Stripe sandbox payments. Use Stripe test payment details only; sandbox subscriptions do not make real charges.
